The channel and medium, Gina, has been delivering personal and group messages for thirty years. During the Millennium Gina became aware of a change in energy and observed the difficulties people were having emotionally, physically and mentally. Her own words were, "life is more amplified now".

These Twelve Teachings are designed to help you easily cut through blocks and link with higher energies, so that you can be guided during the sometimes traumatic, doubting time experienced during a transition.

This planet is experiencing Piscean energy withdrawing and Aquarian energy entering the auric field of all people's minds. Faith is low with many people. When old guidance doesn't work any more it is often difficult to find a replacement.

Each Teaching has come through via a Cosmic Colour Ray. The same colours will be released for many years to come, and each Colour Ray corresponds to a month of the year and contains its own message. These Light Rays are the building blocks for the New Aquarian Age and will remain in the atmosphere surrounding the planet as a Band of Cosmic Colour. This is aurically how the transition is happening.
